Refund policy

KULLBERG wants all cus­tomers to re­ceive high-​quality prod­ucts. If there is some­thing wrong with the prod­uct re­ceived or if your de­liv­ery is not as or­dered (e.g. wrong or miss­ing prod­uct), please con­tact cus­tomer ser­vice at hej@kullberg.ch. If send­ing an email, please in­clude as many de­tails as pos­si­ble in­clud­ing order num­ber as well as a pic­ture if there is some­thing wrong with the prod­uct.

If you are not com­pletely sat­is­fied with the prod­uct, sim­ply re­turn the un­used prod­uct in its orig­i­nal un­bro­ken pack­ag­ing within 14 days of re­ceipt for a re­fund. When KULLBERG re­ceives the prod­uct, the value of the pur­chased prod­uct will be re­funded but not the orig­i­nal freight cost.

All prod­ucts must be re­turned in their orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing with all en­closed doc­u­men­ta­tion and the pack­ag­ing can­not be bro­ken or in any other way dam­aged – nei­ther can the prod­uct. Oth­er­wise, it will not be pos­si­ble to ob­tain a re­fund.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Re­turns that do not meet our pol­icy will not be ac­cepted and will be sent back to you.

Bags and ac­ces­sories ALL de­signer pack­ag­ing such as au­then­tic­ity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be in­cluded with your re­turn. Please han­dle light-​coloured bags and ac­ces­sories care­fully if you are still de­cid­ing whether you will be keep­ing the item. Please note that dark items of cloth­ing can trans­fer dye to light-​coloured bags.

Shoes Please re­turn all items, in­clud­ing the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a car­peted sur­face to pro­tect the soles.

Groom­ing, fra­grance and can­dles Groom­ing prod­ucts should be re­turned un­used, un­opened and in their orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing.

Un­der­wear and swimwear Please try these on over your un­der­wear.

Faulty goods Goods are clas­si­fied as faulty if they are not of sat­is­fac­tory qual­ity, fit for pur­pose or as de­scribed. Please note that items which are dam­aged or as a re­sult of nor­mal wear and tear; by ac­ci­dent; or through mis­use will not be con­sid­ered faulty.

Colours We have made every ef­fort to dis­play the colours of our prod­ucts that ap­pear on KULLBERGas ac­cu­rately as pos­si­ble. How­ever, as com­puter mon­i­tors, tablets and mo­bile de­vices vary, we can­not guar­an­tee that your mon­i­tor’s dis­play of a colour will be com­pletely ac­cu­rate.
